Another Review of Flash 2023 Movie

 Oh boy. This has been a long time coming. Really long.

I will try to make this spoiler-free review.

Anyways, it’s not terrible but not even remotely as enjoyable as was being hyped. It missed the mark with me, even failing to awaken any sense of nostalgia in me.

I will try to ignore here what I think of Ezra Miller as a person and focus on his performance in the film. I never really enjoyed his take on the Flash. Not in Justice League, not in Snyder cut and not that much here. And to make matters worse, there are two of them now. Yay. Anyways, there was a good story to be told here but I feel that after all the reshoots and editing, the end result was really disappointing.

CGI is awful, the film is far more comedy than what is really supposed to be, considering it’s about Flashpoint, one of the darkest stories in DC comics.

Michael Keaton was great, but not nearly good enough as seeing Toby Maguire reprise his role as Spider-Man.

The villains are forgettable. While Zod was quite relatable in Man of Steel, here, he’s just a generic bad guy:

There are cameos, but they feel really forced, poorly done and even worse than the Illuminati in Doctor Strange.

In short, Flash really tried very hard to do what most Multiverse movies are about. To give us fan service and offer a storyline filled with cameos that would have most people reacting like this:

For me, No way Home did this. The Flash, less so. Probably because there were so many Multiverse films released so far that one more felt like an overkill. Also because I didn’t care much about Keaton’s Batman as I did about Toby’s Spider-Man. Had I seen Bale’s Batman, probably would feel different.

In any case, the film is not a complete mess really. Supergirl is satisfying enough, not great but not bad, scenes with Keaton as Batman are amazing and Ezra does a decent job here. Plot is convoluted and I personally feel that the lack of Reverse Flash is a serious mistake, but whatever. It was ambitious but for all the praise it got before the movie was even released, it fell flat.

I give it 7/10, because I am feeling generous.

I love the Flash movie so much. Despite of all the cartoonish CGI and crazy storyline full of plot holes, I actually enjoyed the 2023  The Flash  movie on the big screen. I’d even say this is one of my favorite  Batman  movie. Michael Keaton’s Batman is cool The Flash 2023 includes a very good Batman storyline, and Micheal Keaton delivers a fantastic portrayal of the character. Why do some people not like Captain Marvel in the MCU?

  Q. Why do some people not like Captain Marvel in the MCU? Ans.  Simple. Because,  there's nothing to like about her:- Her Character development:-  In her Movie, she barely shows any weaknesses. She destroys literally everyone in her way.   At the end of the Movie when Ronan comes up with  ALL   of his Kree Army, she goes Binary for the first time her life and kicks the ass of the Kree Army. She destroys almost all of the Kree Warships, Warheads, etc. and flies at Speeds far faster than Sound. Just after a few Minutes after realizing her true Powers, she becomes potentially the greatest Cosmic threat in the MCU for the Villians. Her only relationship in the Movie was with Nick Fury and, to be perfectly honest, it felt forced. In Endgame, she saves Iron Man and Nebula drifting in Space thousands of Light-years away from Earth in a few hours and, brings them and their Spaceship back to Earth. Do you love Captain America?

  This answer may take a while. Now, I just want to say that after seeing Endgame, Captain Marvel has gotten a bit more bearable. And I am not trying to dog on Brie Larson. I think even she heard the fans response to her being really uptight and the whole stunt double fiasco. She welcomed her two stunt doubles to the award ceremony, so I guess she learned her lesson… for now. But I am going to start at the beginning, and it all started around 2012 when Carol Danvers became Captain Marvel. Now, there wasn’t a huge uproar because everyone actually supported it, and thought it wasn’t bad. Then, the beginning of the End.  When Civil War 2 Comic was released in 2016.
